The core members of this group are residents of the greater Ossining community whose professional expertise and personal experiences include: Finance, Law, Architecture, Construction, Marketing, Real Estate, Fundraising, Community Action, Property Management, Restaurant, Interior Design and many others.

We seek a broad base of individuals interested in participating in the growth and improvement of the Ossining Main Street business district and who are attracted to an opportunity to invest in a community-based investment initiative grounded on sound business principals with low individual monetary risk and a reasonable rate of return.

• The Ossining community has a strong base of people who want to see and participate in the revitalization of Main Street and who are willing to invest a moderate amount of money to that end.
   

• Ossining has a broad base of “people resources” willing to devote some time and effort to grOw Ossining to help assure its success.
   

• With sufficient capital, and the right vision, we can create a special and popular destination in Ossining. If we build it and do it right—the people will come.
   

• If the right venue exists, people will come to downtown Ossining, just like they do in Peekskill, Port Chester and Tarrytown.
   

• With the new residential developments in the works in Ossining, commercial real estate values in the Village are likely to increase as the new residents move in and require services.
   

• grOw Ossining investors are likely to solicit any business in which they have a vested interest. 
   

• If sufficiently capitalized and properly structured, local banking institutions will not just be willing to assist, if needed, but will want to be associated with the project.
   

• If properly managed, investor equity can be protected since the main investment will be a tangible asset in bricks and mortar; and by improving real property, the core value of the investment will increase.
